CATI
Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI)
In a computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI), interviewers follow an electronic script with built-in routing, entering the respondent’s answers to each question as the interview proceeds.
CATI is particularly effective for large-scale structured interviews. To obtain the most meaningful data, we focus on several key principles: script delivery, respondent management, data quality and objection handling. We have extensive experience in developing flawless questionnaires, and our interviewers have the typing skills to make the process smooth, even with open-ended questions.
As data is entered into the CATI system in real time, customers can monitor progress and obtain interim results, while the final analysis can be obtained almost immediately after the last interview has been completed.
