Auto Insurance Quote Study

Job Description

We’re looking for participants to take part in a 60-75 minute online session where we observe as you shop for insurance online.

The session will take place remotely over Zoom, and we will send you a message letting you know whether to use your smartphone or laptop/desktop computer. Please find a quiet location to participate in the session. You’ll need to have a stable high-speed internet connection and a working webcam. Your voice and screen activity will be recorded for research purposes as part of the session; however any data, recording, or other personal information collected about you is treated securely and anonymized prior to use.

To participate, you must be over 18 years old and cannot be working in any sort of insurance field, nor web design, development, or UX, or be a student in those fields

The online quote process will require you to enter your name, address, email, and phone number, but again, any data, recording, or other personal information collected about you will be anonymized prior to use.

You must be willing to access quote-related emails forwarded to your own email during the recorded session. Complete our 5-minute survey to apply.
